BSP is now signatory of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, the national commitment text proposed for signature to any organisation in Luxembourg wishing to commit to diversity promotion and management through concrete actions that go beyond legal obligations.
Structured in 6 articles, the Charter is promoted by IMS, Inspiring more sustainability, and guides organisation in the implementation of practices that promote cohesion and social equity though networks, workshops and conferences, involving all the emoyees and partner.

The key point of the Charter:
- Raise awareness, train and involve management and staff on Diversity issues, which should be considered as a source of enrichment, innovation, progress, and social cohesion.
- Define a Diversity policy and implement practices and action plans that consciously include a strategy for managing indivisual differences.
- Apply the principles of equal opportunities and promotion of Diversity as much in the company0s decision-making and management process as in its HR management.
- Evaluate these practices, their results and their effect regularly.
- Communicate the company's commitments andd the results of the actions to all stakeholders.
- Encourage all of these partner to work in favour of non-discrimination and the promotion of Diversity.
