The Luxembourg law of 13 January 2019 imposes an obligation on entities registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register to declare their beneficial owners on the register of beneficial ownership (RBO).
In partnership with the British Chamber of Commerce, BSP will guide you through the key points which you need to know about the RBO with some practical insight regarding the implementation of the new RBO rules; STEP will elaborate on how the RBO works for trusts, foundations and insurance policies.
