BSP BCC | Points of attention when completing a workplace investigation

The British Chamber of Commerce in partnership with BSP is pleased to invite you to an evening legal forum: "Points of attention when completing a workplace investigation” on Wednesday 09 October at 17:15 at BSP, 11, rue du Château d’Eau, L-3364 Leudelange.

As part of their responsibility as an employer, organisations have an interest in determining whether there is any factual basis for a complaint. Workplace investigations are indeed generally conducted in response to allegations of wrongdoing but also as part of due diligence before an organisational restructuring.

During this seminar, a legal expert from BSP will provide you with practical guidance on
         •    When to start an investigation and who should be involved;
         •    how to manage a workplace investigation process, including the gathering of
              evidence and best practice to hold/preserve documents and data taking into
              consideration the data protection legislation, the conservation of evidence in a
              format that is admissible in court, making findings and preparing a report;
         •    What action can be undertaken by the employer during the investigation.

The evening will begin at 17:15 with registration. The presentation is scheduled to begin at 17:30. To close the evening drinks and nibbles will be provided and, as always, the opportunity to meet and discuss with your fellow Chamber Members and guests.

The cost of attending this event is: BCC Members, FREE and Non-Members, €20.
