As part of their responsibility as an employer, organisations have an interest in determining whether there is any factual basis for a complaint. Workplace investigations are indeed generally conducted in response to allegations of wrongdoing but also as part of due diligence before an organisational restructuring.

- How to manage a workplace investigation process, including the gathering of evidence and best practice to hold/preserve documents and data taking into consideration the data protection legislation, the conservation of evidence in a format that is admissible in court, making findings and preparing a report;
