IBA | Developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and the judiciary

Fabio Trevisan, Head of BSP litigation department, will be speaker on Monday at the IBA Virtual Conference during the session dedicated to “Developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and the judiciary”.

The judiciary is in the early stages of a transformation in which artificial intelligence (AI) technology should help to make the judicial process faster, cheaper and possibly more predictable, without compromising the integrity of judges' discretionary reasoning. This session will explore how and with what risks AI is providing and will provide, in the near future, its contribution to the judicial decision-making process.
