The Saint-Yves conference (CSY) and the Ireland Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ILCC) organised, with the support of BSP, an open legal discussion on fund vehicles, covering the different legal and regulatory requirements when setting-up a fund vehicle, focusing on Limited Partnerships. Topics for discussion will include the current fund toolbox, the development and future of Luxembourg partnerships, and other partnership solutions with an introduction to Irish partnerships and the recent ILP amendments in Ireland. We will also explore the imitations and solutions offered by the Limited Partnerships in both Luxembourg and Ireland: (i) How to articulate tax law, corporate law, product laws and regulatory requirements when setting-up a fund vehicle ? Edouard d’ANTERROCHES, Partner, Stibbe, Oisín Kilgallen, Vice President, Brown Brothers Harriman).
