BSP is pleased to announce the promotion of two new partners, effective 1st January 2023. The partnership now consists of 18 partners, 9 women and 9 men.
- Daniel Riedel: Daniel has considerable experience in Luxembourg and international tax law, advising corporations, sponsors, partnerships and private individuals on a whole range of domestic and international tax issues in respect of corporate, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital and real estate, including transfer pricing, litigation, tax reporting and tax compliance matters.
Daniel regularly contributes to the Luxembourg tax doctrine, speaks at tax conferences in Luxembourg and abroad and is a visiting lecturer in tax law at the University of Lorraine, University of Luxembourg and the University of Liechtenstein. - Nicolas Widung: Nicolas has considerable experience in financing transactions, in particular in the domestic market where he has advised on large real estate and acquisition financings. He also provides legal advice on insolvency and restructuring matters and in corporate law.
