BSP advised Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) and Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat (BCEE), Luxembourg on their USD 120,000,000 multicurrency senior syndicated Luxembourg law financing for the Quilvest Group, an independent and global financial group headquartered in Luxembourg.
BIL Corporate Finance acted as sole coordinator, agent and security agent of the financing which was provided by BIL together with BCEE.
