BSP with Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat, Luxembourg on a financing provided in relation with the acquisition of Lemanik Asset Management

BSP advised Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) and Banque et Caisse d'Epargne de l'Etat, Luxembourg (BCEE) on a financing provided to partially finance the acquisition of Lemanik Asset Management by affiliates of BlackFin Capital Partners. The acquisition was mainly financed through equity provided by BlackFin Capital Partners with part of the purchase price being financed through a Luxembourg law financing.

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) Corporate Finance successfully arranged such financing after being mandated as lead arranger, coordinator, agent and acted as co-arranger and lender together with Banque et Caisse d'Épargne de l'État, Luxembourg (BCEE).

BIL Corporate Finance is a leading Luxembourg provider of lending and financial advisory services dedicated to entrepreneurs, corporates and asset managers to support their strategic transactions. 

BlackFin Capital Partners is a leading private equity platform dedicated to financial services companies in Europe with over €4bn assets under management.

Lemanik Asset Management manages over €30bn in assets and provides services to small and mid-sized asset managers across Europe.
