Ali Ganfoud joins the team
BSP is pleased to announce the arrival as of 1st June of Senior Counsel Ali Ganfoud. Ali has joined BSP’s Tax department as Knowledge Manager, reinforcing an already strong team led by Managing Partner Alain Steichen, and Partners Gaëlle Felly, Pol Mellina and Daniel Riedel.
Ali brings with him over ten years’ experience advising a wide range of banking, private equity and commercial clients on Luxembourg and international tax matters. He specializes in international corporate taxation, with a particular focus on international transactions, project finance and securitization matters. Ali also regularly advises on tax compliance matters and tax litigation cases. Prior to joining BSP, Ali gained considerable experience working in a leading law firm in Luxembourg as well as several leading “Big 4” firms.
